How Long is My Free Email Account Valid For

This is valid for 24 months from date of purchase.

How long is my Premier Email Account Valid for?

This is valid for 24 months from date of purchase. Two weeks before this date we will send you a reminder and if no renewal has occurred we will continue to operate your account for another few weeks before deleting.

How long is my Premier Text Account Valid For?

This is valid until text messages are used up. We will send you a reminder when the balance is low. If we receive any enquires for you once your text stocks have been depleted we will continue to send messages but via email. If there is no renewal we will delete your account within 8 weeks.

I can not remember my Login. What do I do?

That’s OK we will send a reminder to your registered email address. Go to the home page and under ‘Forgotten your password’ select click here. A reminder will be sent to you.

I have not received my Login and Welcome Letter?

If you have waited for more than an hour send us an email to support@pastmail.com. Please confirm your email address and we will check that we have the correct one on file for you. We will then send you the details.

After I have registered what happens?

You will receive your login confirmation followed by a welcome letter. If you have made a payment then paypal will also send you a receipt. You can then use your login to start managing your account.

What Does My Login Allow Me To Do?

It allows you to amend your login and password, your personal details, your reporting/correspondence email and your old and new email addresses. It also allows you to upgrade and renew your package.
