You tell us your old email address and your new one. You will then have your own account so you can amend this information just in case you change your email again. You can also upgrade or renew via this option should your requirements change.

When someone searches using your old email address, we do not provide them with the up-to-date information. We get them to send you a message or if you are not interested in receiving a message from them you can block them entirely.

Your new details are protected at all times and only YOU can inform interested parties. Messages appear on your Account and a copy is sent to you via your New Email Address and weekly we send you a copy of all your existing messages.

If you want to manage more than 1 old email address you can open an account with up to 15 Old Email Addresses and forward emails to 15 New Email Addresses or the same Email Address for each one.
